The Tech Lead will have the responsibility of three different components: Management component:

• Ensure the communication with the technology director and technical leads
• Team Management
• Be a facilitator and help resolving problems
• Participate in hiring processes

Technical component:

• Perform technical pre-sales phases for local projects
• Contribute to defining and applying architectures that address scalability, security, and other challenges
• Conduct and validate feasibility studies for various components and tools
• Participate and manage technical projects
• Improve the code and creation processes, and reinforce the DevOps approach
• Support other teams and train junior profiles
• Conduct periodic technological surveillance

Application development:

• Create technical specifications from specifications sheets
• Design new applications based on specifications sheets
• Participate in updates of existing systems and do corrective maintenance
• Ensure the quality of the code and developments
• Develop and design applications (iOS, WEB, Desktop)
• Ensure the applications architecture.
• Make UX decisions.
• Include new functionalities and technologies to the platforms
• Guarantee the best development practices
• Support the application use at massive scale.

High English level (B2-C1)|Experience in .NET software development

We are looking for highly motivated candidates, dynamic and detail-oriented professionals in Systems Engineering or related disciplines with Tech Management/software development focus. The ideal candidate should have experience in the following tasks:

-Experience as a Tech Lead/Managing software development Teams

-Be proficient with NET.MVC, C#, Microsoft SQL Server, React y React Native, jQuery

-Be fluent in English. (This role will report to France)
